HD BROW SCUPLT

BrowSculpt is brow lamination with a bespoke HD Brows twist. Whether you dream of achieving that full, fluffy eyebrow look, want to create symmetry in uneven brows or tame unruly hairs, our BrowSculpt brow lamination treatment is for you. This corrective treatment helps you to achieve your desired position for up to 6 weeks.

What is brow lamination?

Brow lamination is a two-step eyebrow perming treatment that involves correcting the brow shape by setting the hairs in place using a chemical solution. In the first step, a cream is applied that breaks down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. In the second step, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new uniform position.

If you have unruly, flat or downward growing hairs, eyebrow lamination can change the direction of growth to create a more uniform look with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks.

This corrective eyebrow treatment realigns your brow hairs into your desired position, making them much easier to manipulate. It can also help to achieve instantly fuller looking eyebrows using your existing hair. Whether you want to correct your shape, lift the hairs, or both of these options, here are the benefits of our bespoke take on the brow lamination treatment.

Correct

The results using our BrowsSculpt product technology can dramatically enhance the shape of your eyebrows, helping you to achieve your dream brows in as little as one treatment. It’s ideal if you want to change your full brow shape, but did you know that our treatment can be tailored to correct smaller targeted unruly areas? Our HD Sculpt stylists are trained to offer brow lamination in specific areas that suit your brow needs, perfect if you just want to add symmetry.

Lift

From an extreme brushed up look to a subtle lift (and everything in between), your brows will appear fuller in an instant using your existing brow hair, making it a great microblading alternative. In order to achieve this lift, brow lamination relaxes and reforms the hairs, which also makes them easier to manipulate into your desired position – another bonus if you have unruly hairs! Your morning beauty routine just got a whole lot quicker.

Still Have Some Questions?

The brow lamination process can take up to 12 minutes, however, other tinting and hair removal techniques are incorporated into the treatment. When brow lamination is incorporated into the HD Brows treatment, it should take 45-60 minutes.
The results of a brow lamination treatment usually last up to six weeks. To ensure longevity from your treatment results, avoid getting them wet for 24 hours and contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours. Using a conditioning eyebrow serum every day will also help to maintain results.
You should avoid brushing or touching your brows for the first 24 hours, but after you can absolutely brush them. In fact, it’s encouraged. You don’t need a special brow lamination brush; just a quick brush through with your spoolie brush in the morning to keep your brows in your desired position.
You should avoid your brows coming into contact with water or steam for 24 hours after your treatment. What happens if you do get your brows wet? It can impact the lamination process, meaning you don’t get as great results as you expected.
Laminated brows might look messy after sleeping but don’t worry, that’s completely normal. The hairs are not fixed in place so can move around, however a quick brush through when you wake up will get them back into your desired position.
Brow lamination is one of the hottest eyebrow treatments out there right now. With its ability to manipulate brow hairs into your desired position, it’s no wonder that brow lovers can’t get enough of the results. However, to maintain laminated brows you need to ensure that you’re following the correct aftercare. Our easy-to-follow brow lamination aftercare tips will ensure that you get the very best results, every time.
As part of your eyebrow lamination aftercare, it is crucial that you:
• Avoid getting the brow area wet for 24 hours
• Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours
• Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours

We also recommend that you follow these guidelines in the run up to and the days after your BrowSculpt treatment:
• Avoid using exfoliating (be it AHA, BHA or scrubs) and anti-ageing skincare around the brow area for three days either side of your treatment
• Avoid fake tanning products (including gradual tan) on the face for three days either side of your treatment, as it can discolour the eyebrow tint
• Your stylist will apply some make up at the end of your treatment, however you should avoid applying any further heavy make up (foundations, etc) on the area around the brow for 24 hours
Brow lamination does not permanently set your hairs in your desired, brushed up position. It breaks down the bonds in your hair so that you can easily manipulate them into the look you want. All you’ll need to do is brush them back into place with a spoolie brush in the morning to get them back to that fluffy finish – no product required. These results will last for 6-8 weeks.
To really enhance laminated brows and maintain that freshly laminated look right up to your next appointment, an ultra-strong eyebrow gel like brow glue – available in our retail boutique is a must have.
You should avoid getting your brows wet for the first 24 hours after your treatment. Coming into contact with water could interfere with the lamination process and impact the longevity of your treatment. Avoid swimming pools and baths for 24 hours and be extra careful in the shower and when washing your face (avoiding if possible).
Your stylist will apply some make up to complete your BrowSculpt treatment. After that, we recommend that you avoid applying any heavy make up around the brow (such as foundation or concealer) for 24 hours after. The hair follicles can remain open for a while after hair removal, so if you are prone to sensitivity or breakouts, you may find that heavy make up could clog the pores.
It is strongly recommended that you apply a conditioning serum twice daily after brow lamination to maintain healthy, hydrated eyebrow hairs. You wouldn’t undergo a chemical treatment on your hair without conditioning and caring for it, and your brows should be no different. We stock a range of different options in our retail boutique should you wish for us to provide you with one.
Here’s what not to do after your brow lamination treatment:
• Do not get the brows wet for 24 hours
• Do not use sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for 48 hours
• Do not touch or rub the treated area for 24 hours after your treatment
• Do not exfoliate or apply anti-ageing skincare or tanning products around the brows for three days after your treatment
• Do not forget to apply your conditioning serum twice daily

Stick to these rules for the very best results.
